eLearning video is video that has to work inside a course. It has to survive an LMS, sit alongside quizzes and reading, hold attention with no facilitator in the room, and still make sense when a learner returns three weeks later looking for one specific thing.
We produce that work for education and public sector clients as well as corporate L&D: the Oregon Department of Education, Western University, UBC Canada District, the YWCA and Small Business BC. Most of it is modular by design, built as short segments a course author can sequence rather than as monolithic lectures.
Video is the expensive part of any eLearning build, so we are deliberately conservative about where it goes: the concepts that genuinely need showing rather than reading. Production starts at $2,500 and a module typically takes two to four weeks.
Six modules produced for courses and learning programs, spanning concept teaching, professional development and public-facing education.
We start with the course, not the video. Which objectives actually need moving pictures, and which are better served by text, a diagram or an activity? That triage usually reduces the video count and improves the course, because video spent on something a paragraph could do is budget taken from something that needed it.
Each module is scripted to stand alone and storyboarded to segment cleanly, so a course author can place a knowledge check between sections without an awkward cut. We hold one visual system across the whole course and build reusable templates for recurring elements such as chapter openers and summaries.
You get captioned masters, transcripts, chaptered versions and the aspect ratios your platform needs, plus whatever your LMS administrator requires to wrap them in SCORM or xAPI. Everything is delivered so a course author can reorder modules without coming back to us.

A course is a sequence, and video that ignores the sequence creates repetition and gaps. We map the whole program first so each module knows what came before it and what it can assume.

Captions, transcripts, contrast and narration that carries meaning without the visual are built in rather than added at the end. Our education and public sector clients have obligations here, and building to them from the start costs nothing extra.

You will be maintaining this course long after we are finished. Modular files, chapter markers, clean segment boundaries and handed-over source assets are what make that maintenance possible.
Producing the video component of an online course: the modules that teach concepts, demonstrate procedures or set up an activity, built to sit inside an LMS alongside text, quizzes and assignments. It differs from standalone training video mainly in that it has to fit a sequence somebody else designed.
Yes. We deliver MP4 masters that drop into any modern LMS with caption files and transcripts, and we supply the assets your administrator needs to build a SCORM or xAPI wrapper. We also match whatever aspect ratio and resolution your platform actually serves.
Between one and four minutes for most subjects. Anything longer competes with the learner for attention against the rest of the course. Long topics are better split into several modules with a knowledge check between them, which also improves retention.
Yes, and that is the usual arrangement. They own the objectives, sequencing and assessment. We handle scripting for screen, visual design and production, then deliver files structured the way their authoring tool expects.
Yes. We match the visual language, terminology and depth of the existing material so new modules do not look grafted on. If the current material is visually inconsistent, we will propose a system that pulls it together rather than adding another style to the pile.
As standard, on every project. We also design for color contrast and legible type at small sizes, and write narration that works without relying on the visual. Where you have a formal WCAG obligation we build to it and document what was done.
From $2,500 per module. A multi-module course is quoted as a project and costs less per video, since templates, character design and the motion system are built once. Additional language versions are quoted separately and cost considerably less than the original.
You own the finished videos and the design assets, so yes, either with your own team or with any studio. In practice most updates are narration or on-screen text changes, which we can turn around quickly because the project files stay on file.
