Corporate training video production is the work we do all day. Since 2009 we have produced more than 1,500 videos for over 350 organizations, most of them for internal audiences: HR, Learning and Development, compliance, and health and safety teams inside mid-size and enterprise employers.
The difference between a corporate training video people finish and one they skip is rarely production value. It is whether the video shows a situation they recognize. So instead of narrating policy over stock footage, we build short scenarios: a conversation that goes wrong, a decision made under pressure, a procedure someone gets subtly wrong. The learning lands inside the story rather than on top of it.
Recent clients include New Gold, Small Business BC, the Manitoba Nurses Union, the Yukon Employees Union and UBC Canada District. A single corporate video typically takes two to four weeks. Production starts at $2,500.
Six corporate projects from our portfolio. Each was built for a different internal audience, from mining crews to union members to university instructors, and each solved a different training problem.
We start with the behavior you want to change, not the video you want to make. In a working session with your subject matter experts we agree who the audience is, what they currently do, what they should do instead, and what has already been tried. That becomes a one-page brief covering module count, runtime, tone and the scenarios worth dramatising, with a fixed schedule and cost before anything is written.
We write a lean script built around scenarios rather than bullet points, then storyboard it scene by scene so you can see every frame before a single asset is animated. Your reviewers approve the script, then the storyboard, then the style frames. Once the storyboard is signed off, our in-house team animates, records voiceover, mixes sound and delivers a first cut.
You get broadcast-quality masters plus the versions your systems actually need: LMS-ready MP4s, captioned cuts for accessibility, and square or vertical crops for internal comms. Full copyright to the finished videos and the design assets behind them transfers to you. If you are rolling out a series, we keep the visual system on file so module seven still looks like module one.

An advertising agency optimizes for attention in six seconds. Corporate training is the opposite problem: a captive audience who resents being there. Everything we do is tuned for completion and recall inside a mandatory viewing context.

You hold the subject matter knowledge and the policy detail. We turn it into something watchable. You review at script, storyboard and first cut, so nothing reaches animation before you have seen it in a form that is still cheap to change.

Most of our corporate work is series work, because training programs are. We design the visual system, characters and templates once, which makes every later module faster and cheaper to produce than the first.
Any video produced for an internal audience to change how people work: onboarding, systems and process training, compliance and policy, health and safety, leadership and soft skills, and annual refreshers. The common thread is that viewing is expected rather than optional, which changes how the video has to be built.
Production starts at $2,500 for a single short animated video. Most corporate projects land higher because they are series rather than one-offs, and because runtime, animation style, custom character design, voiceover talent and localization all move the number. We quote a fixed price per project after a discovery call, not a per-minute rate.
Two to four weeks for a single video, from locked brief to final master. A six-part series usually runs eight to fourteen weeks because scripts and storyboards are approved in batches. The schedule is agreed up front, and since the bottleneck is almost always internal review, we build your approval windows into the plan.
Yes, and it is most of what we do. The UBC Canada District project was a six-part instructor development series sharing one visual language. A series costs less per video than commissioning six separately, because the character design, templates and motion system are built once.
We write it, from your source material: existing decks, policy documents, standard operating procedures and interviews with your subject matter experts. If you have a script already we will edit it for screen, which is a different job from editing it for a page. Either way you approve the script before storyboarding starts.
Yes. We deliver MP4 masters that drop into any modern LMS, along with caption files, transcripts and any aspect ratios you need for intranet or comms use. If you need a SCORM or xAPI wrapper we supply the assets your LMS administrator needs to build it.
You do. You receive full copyright and unrestricted usage rights to the finished videos and to the design assets behind them, including character art and templates. There are no license renewals and no usage caps.
Yes. Regulated clients are normal for us, and the script and storyboard stages exist precisely so legal review happens before anything expensive is built. We work to your sign-off chain and hold a version history so you can evidence what was approved and when.
